Condition of Returns

All items must be returned in new condition, with original tags and hygiene seals intact, and in the original packaging. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.

Return Time Frame

Please initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Refund and Credit Eligibility

• Full-Priced Items: Eligible for a full refund, exchange or an online store credit.

• 10% Off Welcome Discount: Full-Priced Items purchased using the 10% welcome code are eligible for a full refund, exchange or an online store credit. 

• Sale and Promotional Items: Any items purchased with a promotional code (excluding full-priced items purchased using the 10% Off Welcome Discount) or on sale are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for an exchange or online store credit.

• Faulty Items: We are committed to quality. Any items received with defects will be refunded in full.

Items Received in Unsellable Condition

Returns should be in a new condition with original tags and hygiene seals intact. Items failing to meet these conditions will result in a credit note, less a $50 administration fee. Returns that are worn, soiled, or tampered with will be refused without compensation - a notification to this effect will be sent via email.

Shipping Costs

·  Returns and Exchanges: Return and replacement item shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

·  Faulty Items: We will provide a returns label at no cost to return the item to us, and will bear the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Australian orders

For all Australian orders over $150, we provide FREE StandardPost shipping (delivery approximately 3-5 business days after dispatch) via Australia Post. 

For all Australian orders of $150 or less, shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note that signature on receipt will be required.

International orders 

We currently ship to the following countries: New Zealand, United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 
• Please check with the Customs authority regarding any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Marla Swim.

 General shipping process

• Successful orders placed will be processed on the nearest Tuesday or Friday of receipt.
• Once your order has been dispatched, we will send an email notifying you of your tracking number.
• Delivery time frames indicated above are based on addresses within metro areas; regional areas can be an additional 1-5 business days. 
• Please provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours as a signature and proof of identity are required on delivery of all orders. If you are not at the delivery address to accept the goods yourself, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of successful delivery.
• In the instance that the delivery address provided is incorrect, please contact us.
• Marla Swim cannot be held responsible if any information you provide is not correct.

To protect and preserve your Marla Swim swimsuit(s), we recommend that you hand wash your garment(s) after every use, even if you haven’t gone into water.

Step One: 

Fill sink/bucket with cold water and a small amount of mild detergent. Agitate water to activate detergent.

Step Two: 

Place garments(s) inside water, swirl around water and soak for 15 minutes to remove chlorine, salt water and sunscreen.

Step Three: 

Replace with fresh cold water to rinse garment(s), swirling to remove excess soap. Repeat a couple of times. Do not wring or rub.

Step Four: 

Remove moisture by pressing garment(s) on the side of the sink/bucket in a gentle ball.

Step Five: 

Place garment(s) on a dry towel, roll and gently press. Excess water will be soaked up in the towel. Drip dry flat in shade. Do not leave rolled up wet. 

Do not use fabric softeners. Do not wring, soak or bleach. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Please note that chlorine, spa baths, tanning products, sunscreen and oils can cause damage or mark garments – avoid contact and rinse immediately. Avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent pulls in fabric.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All successful orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. The delivery timeframe depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. For full details on our shipping policy, please click here.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email that will include your tracking number. This will allow you to track your order via the Australia Post website. If you require further information about your delivery, please contact us and we will assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Postage rates are shown at the checkout.

Am I liable for customs duties or taxes on my order?

Yes, you are liable for any import customs duties or taxes that are applicable to your order, determined by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – regulations and guidelines differ by country. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Marla Swim.

Do you offer discounts?

From time to time we may offer discounts for special promotions etc. They apply only to the price of the merchandise and not to any shipping or other charges. Discounts may be used only once per customer. Refunds are not provided for discounted items however they may be returned for an exchange in accordance with our Returns policy. 

Can I return my order?

Yes, we offer free returns to Australian customers*. You can return your order for a full refund (excluding shipping charges paid), on the assumption that garments are unworn, in original condition with all necessary packaging still attached/included. Customers wishing to exchange their garments instead of refund are also able to do so, please follow our returns policy to process this. How do I care for my swimwear?

If you're unsure of your size, we suggest you take your measurements to determine your best fit or for accuracy, have someone else measure you. 

Ensure the measuring tape is straight (parallel to the floor) and snug to your body.

Measurements should be taken as follows:

1. Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest (across your nipple line and shoulder blades - not to be mistaken for your bra band size)
2. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline - this is usually the narrowest point on your waist.
3. Hips: Measure around the widest point of hip and buttocks.
