Shipping
Australian orders
For all Australian orders over $150, we provide FREE StandardPost shipping (delivery approximately 3-5 business days after dispatch) via Australia Post.
For all Australian orders of $150 or less, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that signature on receipt will be required.
International orders
We currently ship to the following countries: New Zealand, United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Please check with the Customs authority regarding any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Marla Swim.
General shipping process
- Successful orders placed will be processed on the nearest Tuesday or Friday of receipt.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will send an email notifying you of your tracking number.
- Delivery time frames indicated above are based on addresses within metro areas; regional areas can be an additional 1-5 business days.
- Please provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours as a signature and proof of identity are required on delivery of all orders. If you are not at the delivery address to accept the goods yourself, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of successful delivery.

- Marla Swim cannot be held responsible if any information you provide is not correct.

Returns and Exchanges
Condition of Returns
All items must be returned in new condition, with original tags and hygiene seals intact, and in the original packaging. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.
Return Time Frame
Please initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Refund and Credit Eligibility
• Full-Priced Items: Eligible for a full refund, exchange or an online store credit.
• 10% Off Welcome Discount: Full-Priced Items purchased using the 10% welcome code are eligible for a full refund, exchange or an online store credit.
• Sale and Promotional Items: Any items purchased with a promotional code (excluding full-priced items purchased using the 10% Off Welcome Discount) or on sale are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for an exchange or online store credit.
• Faulty Items: We are committed to quality. Any items received with defects will be refunded in full.
Items Received in Unsellable Condition
Returns should be in a new condition with original tags and hygiene seals intact. Items failing to meet these conditions will result in a credit note, less a $50 administration fee. Returns that are worn, soiled, or tampered with will be refused without compensation - a notification to this effect will be sent via email.
Shipping Costs
· Returns and Exchanges: Return and replacement item shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
· Faulty Items: We will provide a returns label at no cost to return the item to us, and will bear the cost of shipping the replacement item to you..
