Yes, you are liable for any import customs duties or taxes that are applicable to your order, determined by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – regulations and guidelines differ by country. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Marla Swim.
From time to time we may offer discounts for special promotions etc. They apply only to the price of the merchandise and not to any shipping or other charges. Discounts may be used only once per customer. Refunds are not provided for discounted items however they may be returned for an exchange in accordance with our Returns policy.
Yes, we offer free returns to Australian customers*. You can return your order for a full refund (excluding shipping charges paid), on the assumption that garments are unworn, in original condition with all necessary packaging still attached/included. Customers wishing to exchange their garments instead of refund are also able to do so, please follow our returns policy to process this. Returns policy and process can be found here.
International customers are liable for return postage & shipping as well as shipping for garments sent in exchange. For further information regarding International returns, please contact us.
You can find our full care method here. Avoid use of fabric softeners. Do not wring, soak or bleach. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Drip dry in shade. Do not leave rolled up wet. Chlorine, spa baths, tanning products, sunscreen and oils can cause damage or mark garments – avoid contact and rinse immediately. Avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent pulls in fabric.
